Social Media Management

With lock-down restrictions easing, leading coach holiday company Dodds of Troon were keen to take advantage of the growth in demand for ‘staycation’ breaks in the UK. The key aims of the campaign were to reassure existing and new customers that coach holidays were a safe alternative to foreign travel or cruises and to increase bookings.

We worked on graphics and creating content to distil the essence of Dodds of Troon, highlighting their experience and reputation in the sector. Dodds of Troon had a very loyal and established following, so the content was conversational and focused on encouraging engagement.

Social Media was part of a multi-channel campaign ‘On the Road Again’ which was a great success which enabled us to build brand awareness, credibility, and customer confidence in the safety of coach holidays. A key element was highlighting the beauty and variety of destinations through creative designs and messaging.
